Registration Information & Process
You can fill out your application electronically directly from this website (see registration tab above or link below). After reviewing your application we will schedule an interview by phone. After your phone interview you will be notified whether you have been accepted into the program, after which the official registration process can be completed.
To begin the application process, please click on the application Link to fill out your application. Space is limited in the classes and classes do tend to fill up quickly, so registering early is recommended to secure a spot.
We also offer an early registration discount for full payment by Dec 15th. See the Tuition page for further tuition information.

Application Info.
We have started to accept and review applications for both the Foundation and Advanced Herbalist Training Courses beginning in March 2012.

Tuition
Foundation Course Tuition:
The tuition for our 9-month Foundations Herbal Studies Course – 2012: $2200
Advanced Course Tuition:
The tuition for our 9-month Advanced Herbal Studies Course – 2012: $2200
We invite you to take advantage of the early registration discounted tuition by paying the tuition in full by Dec 15th, 2011. The reduced rate for the full tuition paid by Dec 15th is $2000.

Tuition Information
Registration Procedure: Once we receive your application we will contact you to schedule a phone interview. After your phone interview you will be notified whether you have been accepted into the program. A $200 deposit will confirm your registration and commitment to completing the full 9-months of the course you are registering for. This $200 deposit is non-refundable and will count towards the total tuition.
Tuition Payment Schedule: Unless you have been accepted for a payment plan, half of the tuition ($1100) is due by March 1st, 2012, and the remainder is due by May 15th 2012. If you have concerns about this payment schedule contact us to discuss payment options.
Tuition Payment Plans: We prefer to receive the full tuition early or according to the payment schedule, but we do have payment plans available for those with financial need. Contact us to discuss payment options by Feb 20th.
Refunds: Full refunds are available until Feb 15th. Between Feb 15th and the beginning of classes refunds are only available when we can find someone to take your place from the waiting list. After the beginning of classes there are no refunds.
