Enrollment Procedure:

Submit a completed application here.

Interview: Once we receive your application we will contact you to schedule a phone interview. You are welcome but not required to come in to the School for an in person interview. After your interview you will be notified whether you have been accepted into the program.

Registration Deposit:

A $300 registration deposit submitted within five days of your acceptance into the program will confirm your registration. The deposit is non-refundable and will count towards your total tuition.

Tuition Payment Schedule: There are several payment plan options available. Please contact us for details.

Extended Payment options are available to qualified students. There are several options to choose from.  The registrar will contact each student upon receiving the registration deposit to arrange tuition schedule.
The registration deposit is non-refundable. Tuition paid before the start of class is only refundable if we can find someone to take your spot. After the beginning of class, there are no refunds.
To Vital Ways Center for Holistic Herbalism (including instructors, directors, and associates) are not liable for any use or misuse of herbs or herbal preparations by students during or after completion of our herbal studies courses.
